Millions of American children have experienced trauma. Because of their past experiences, traditional responses and discipline simply aren’t effective. Join us in this two hour interactive intensive as we dig into “why” behind disruptive behavior while learning practical and proven methods to respond to kids with challenging behavior in healthier and more effective ways. Participants will leave with specific strategies to build a ministry where volunteers are empowered, parents feel welcomed and understood, and kids are better able to understand the love of Jesus.
